V-Calm can be widely used to calm fractious,over anxious or nervous horses. It can be extremely useful during training and is recognised as a classic calming herb. V-Calm is particularly useful as an aid in the education of young horses.It helps to settle horses during their exposure to transportation, shoeing, teeth or vet inspection. Valerian Calm does not impair the horse’s ability to learn or its judgement. It is not a sedative and will not show a strong sedating action. Unlike sedating agents V-Calm is safe to administer even if a horse is already excited. Valerian Calm is quick acting. You should see an effect within 30 minutes, although it may take an hour to achieve maximum effect. This will vary between individual horses.

Dosage: Horses 10-20ml as required  Ponies 5-10ml as required
